Here you can find solutions to BSOD issue, that may occur while using Critical Hit.
Didn't find a solution for your problem? Make a ticket on our forum and support staff will help you!

The most reason cause BSOD is your Windows version:

1.
CH does not support the version more than 20H2.
1809/1909 is the most stable build of Windows 10 and hardly got BSOD.

2. The second reason is using Discord Voice channel or anything calling the driver during CH-gaming, like: video & voice driver, internet driver (changing network).
Those things will instantly cause BSOD.
For that, we need try your best to avoid those stuff, close unnecessary apps before playing.
If you wanna using Discord VC and other stuff, then turn OFF hardware-acceleration in Discord advanced setting and join in before injecting CH and never try to change.

3. Make sure that you turn OFF your anti-virus, also such things like windows defender.
(You can use Defender Control to disabling this things)

4. Press Win+X => Search => Windows feature => Direct Play ON

5. Press WIN+R and type %temp% and press Enter, delete all files in this folder, restart PC.

6.
Run CH on USB storage device, it will effectively avoid BSOD.

7. If you got BSOD during login in (during the green bar loading)
Open CH first and then Battle.net, that will help reducing the chance of BSOD.

8. If you got crashes, but not BSOD, try to update your graphics driver.

9. Also you can try delete and re-download the loader.
